I know, where's the month of meals? Well, this month I am taking it easy - a week at a time. Why? For one, it's summer and things change quickly to the schedule - last month I was a little flustered with my menu and had to do a lot of thinking about dinner (which I do not like).
Also, thanks to the Undomestic Goddess - I only have to know what I am going to do next. A month seems pretty intense when comparing it to knowing what to do next. Here's my week and don't forget to click over to organizing junkie to see more menus and recipes.

D - rice & pork stir fry

Tuesday
B - pancakes
L - leftovers/cranberry sauce
D - crockpot BBQ Pork
S - hard boiled eggs/cheese
Wednesday
B - muffins

D - can't decide, not sure of our plans right now
S - fresh fruit/grapes
Thursday
B - cereal
L - chicken patty day (my DD school does this and she gets into it)
D - French Toast Casserole (from freezer chicks)/Bacon
S - celery w/ PB
Friday
B - sausage/toast
L - spaghetti
D - Ranch Chicken w/ Bacon & Potatoes in Foil Packets
S - fresh fruit/PBJ
Saturday
B - cream of wheat
L - pizza breads
D - Beef & Nappa Cabbage Stir-Fry
S - PBJ
Sunday
B - cereal
L - MCD
D - Big O Beef (Larry's favorite meal - aww I just love him too much!)
S - yogurt
